Made up of a Partnership of six local authorities including the councils of Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Isle of Anglesey and Wrexham, two universities: Bangor and Wrexham and two further education institutions – Grŵp Llandrillo Menai and Coleg Cambria.
